    Neurodiversity Coaching can help you with: managing your energy and focus, designing routines, study habits, skills and hacks, communicating your needs or accommodations, following through on looking for work or study opportunities, and figuring out what’s next for you.

Coaching sessions include topics relating to:

  • Emotional Regulation: self-awareness, self-talk, energy, mood, mindfulness, relationships, communicating needs, coming to terms with disability, and more

  • Executive Function: time management, planning, prioritization, memory aides, tools and life hacks, accommodations at work, increased performance and productivity

  • Wellbeing: routines, habits for personal care, nutrition, sleep

  • Learning about ADHD: identifying what is an ADHD brain pattern vs character or choices
