New Art Journaling & ADHD Workshop Series!

Are you interested in boosting your creativity while learning more about yourself and your ADHD traits?

Art Journaling the ADHD Way is a 6-week exploration of art journaling for adults with ADHD. Together we’ll set up pages with different collage and painting techniques, find inspiration from different sources, and delve into how our ADHD traits inform our lives. We will explore themes around our values, feelings, presence, time, and balance through intuitive art-making.

Art Journaling uses multiple mediums: pencil, pen, watercolour or acrylic paint, stamps, stickers, paper items, fabric, and more.  At the end of the class, each student will have practiced several explorative art techniques, worked through writing and art prompts with an ADHD coach and a professional artist, and will leave with their own art journal to continue their journey.

All materials are provided, but students are welcome to bring any supplies or ephemera they’d like to use.
