Found Beauty - a different perspective

Sometimes we could use a different perspective in our lives - someone looking from the outside in, without all the backstory - to be able to offer a new way to see what's possible.

A coach can be that person.

An ADHD Coach who has ADHD can empathize, without even having to know your whole story. We can share a perspective, connect the dots, link to the future, and suggest options to smooth your journey.

I took this picture of a piece of sidewalk many years ago - before I was diagnosed with ADHD. I saw something beautiful in something that was patched and cracked, and out of place in my urban environment and thought "that's beautiful!" I'm not sure if you see what I saw, but I like that I notice these things. And I understand that my ADHD brain looks from a different vantage point.

If you have the variable focus, variable attention, and variable energy that is the hallmark of this neuro-divergent brain - I'd love to have a chat to see if I might be of service to you.

What do you want to see differently?

What in you is beautiful, full of potential and possibly overlooked at the moment?

I'd be happy to help you see the beauty and create a life full of meaning and purpose.
